Apartment 105 is a 30m² open-plan studio — an integrated space where the sleeping area, living area and kitchen coexist in perfect harmony. Far from being a limitation, the studio format creates an intimate, functional and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for couples.

SLEEPING AREA

Queen-size bed dressed in blue tones — colors that evoke the sea and sky of Porto de Galinhas. On arrival, towels are arranged in decorative swan shapes with yellow flowers, a thoughtful touch prepared by the Facilita team.

LIVING AREA

Smart TV integrated into the living space. The atmosphere is enriched by the black birdcage decorations — an artistic and sophisticated choice that gives the apartment a personality entirely its own. Warm wooden wall details create an elegant contrast with the blue bed linen, adding depth and coziness to the open-plan space.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped and surprisingly complete for a studio: red air fryer, large electric griddle, electric pot, coffee maker, 2-burner gas stove, refrigerator, complete utensils, dishes and cutlery. Everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a full home-cooked meal.

BATHROOM Bathroom with a distinctive finishing touch: mosaic tile detail on the floor, glass shower enclosure and good ventilation. A small but characterful space.
