Through the glass sliding door, your private pool is right there.
The kitchen is genuinely complete: a Brastemp Frost Free double-door refrigerator, 5-cooktop gas stove with hood, microwave, coffee maker, and a full set of utensils to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner — total independence, no delivery required.

- Glass cups and glass bottles are not permitted in the pool area — plastic or stainless steel containers only
- The shared rooftop follows the same rules and hours

CARE OF THE SPACE

- The apartment must be left in a reasonably tidy condition at check-out

- Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation
- Any malfunction, defect, or issue must be reported to the host immediately upon discovery

SECURITY & ACCESS

RULE VIOLATIONS
