Guests will have complete and exclusive access to Apartment 109, including:

- Full apartment (bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony)

- Panoramic rooftop pool (subject to building schedule)

- Covered parking (subject to availability — please check before arrival)

ACCESS

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, accessed via the beautifully lit entrance stairway of the condominium. No elevator is required — just one short flight of stairs.

RESTRICTED AREAS

Other private residential units, as well as technical and service areas of the building, are not accessible to guests.

This is a modern residential building with a managed entrance and access control. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of residents and to follow the building's community guidelines during their stay.
