Welcome to Casa 06 at Condomínio Privê das Ondas — a beautifully decorated two-story beach house just 200 meters (a 3-minute walk) from the sea and the world-famous natural coral pools of Porto de Galinhas, consistently ranked one of Brazil's most stunning beach destinations.

BEDROOMS

The master suite on the second floor features a king-size double bed with a navy blue upholstered headboard, split air conditioning, a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and direct access to an exclusive private balcony with views of the tropical garden and palm trees. A delicate hummingbird-and-flowers canvas adds a warm, authentic Northeastern Brazilian character to the room.

Two additional bedrooms are bright and comfortable, each with a double bed, crisp white bed linen, a burgundy throw blanket, wooden shuttered windows, and natural cross-ventilation. Fresh towels are provided for all guests.

BATHROOMS

Three full bathrooms, each with its own distinct personality:

OUTDOOR AREA — THE HEART OF THE HOUSE

The covered terrace is undoubtedly the standout feature of this home. A generous tiled outdoor lounge area is furnished with dark wicker sofas and armchairs with black-and-white striped cushions, a coffee table, a wind chime, and a vintage surfboard mounted on the wall as a piece of art. Tropical plants, white flowering vases, and stone-edged garden beds complete the relaxed, genuine beach-house atmosphere.

- The use of external speakers, loud audio equipment, and amplified musical instruments is prohibited at all times in outdoor areas and common spaces.

- Sound inside the house must be kept at a moderate level after 10:00 PM, out of respect for neighboring residents.

- Violations of noise rules may result in a formal warning from the condominium and the guest's liability for any resulting penalties.

SMOKING

- If smoking or similar activity is detected inside the house, a special cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged.

BBQ / GRILL AREA
